When I joined, Social Media efforts were uncoordinated, and run by freelancers without a unified strategy. I implemented an Education-First Strategy, focused on delivering value and fostering community engagement.

This approach was a game-changer, leading to a significant growth in our following across all social channels by 33.5% in 9 months.

Moreover, my initiatives led to our highest month-over-month engagement rate, which soared to an impressive 61.4%.

In my role at IHP, I excelled in creating effective paid ad content and copy, integral to our Digital Marketing Strategy. Collaborating with a third-party agency alongside the VP of Digital Marketing, I played a key role in guiding the agency to align with our brand’s vision and conversion KPIs.

I had the pleasure of working with Valeria at the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, reporting directly to me in my capacity as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Digital Marketing. It is rare to encounter someone of Valeria's caliber in the workplace.
